Family Education – The Power of Play

Play improves the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children and young people. Through play, children learn about the world and themselves. They also learn skills they need for study, work and relationships. Learn how to playfully connect with your kids while allowing them to make choices without instruction from others. Children often want to create challenge and uncertainty with their play which allows them to problem solve and test themselves which may increase their self-confidence.
