School Hours:

• Lower school hours are 8:00am – 2:45pm
• Middle School and High School hours are 8:15am-3pm.
• Ignite After School Program hours are from school dismissal until 6:00pm.

Accreditation and Collaboration: AdvancED

• All Vanguard credits are accepted by institutions of higher learning

Standardized testing: 

• Woodcock-Johnson Test of Achievement
• PSAT – 10 and 11 grade
• Stanford Achievement Test 10 – 5-11 grade
• SAT/ACT college entrance exam (preparation and testing)

School-wide activities:

Grandparents Day,  Trunk or Treat, Spring Gala, Meet the Teacher, Field Day, Chili Cook-off, Bingo Night, Parent Education Series, Music and Band Presentations, Award Assemblies and Spirit Week.

Extracurricular Activities: 

Lower School (Grades Pre-K-5): Monthly field trips, Music, Chess, Last Friday Fun, Parents Night Out

Upper School (Grades 6-12): Field trips; Bowling, Robotics; Chess; Girl’s Club; Social Club; Lock-ins; basketball; Indoor soccer; kickball; Music Learning Band; Prom; National Honor Society;  volunteer community service programs
