Why Vanguard? Amy was teaching a class at Brookhaven related to Children with Special Needs. The class needed a school to visit so she scheduled a tour. There was something magical about about Vanguard and she immediately wanted to be a part of it! She started working part-time the following school year.

Why Vanguard? Kourtney chose Vanguard because she believes in our mission. She believes everyone has a right to a safe environment where they are loved for who they are and encouraged to grow.

Why Vanguard? Julie’s son attended Vanguard for 5 years during which she had the opportunity to serve on the parent organization. She felt inspired by witnessing the amazing teachers that worked with her son and desired a chance to reap the rewards that come with serving the Vanguard population.
