What was your favorite thing about Vanguard?
One of my favorite things about Vanguard was the memorable bonds that I created with the teachers and staff that have helped me become who I am today.

Do you have any significant Vanguard memories you would like to share?
One thing that Vanguard taught me to prepare for life after graduation was to never give up and to keep moving forward when things get tough.

Were there any teachers or staff members that made a special impact on you?
When it comes to a teacher that has made a special impact on my life, I would have to say Stephanie James. Stephanie is not only a caring and loving teacher but also a strong leader and motherly figure. She always did what she thought was best for me, even if at the time I didn’t agree. Over 13 plus years, Stephanie and I have built such a tight bond that I can’t see my life without her in it.

Is there any advice you would give to current or future Vanguard students?
My advice for current or future students is that you should never be afraid to be yourself. Always strive for the best, but if it doesn’t happen that day, try the next day, but never give up.
