where: four corners brewery co. & historical area
- The Ambassador Hotel was built in 1905 and opened originally as the Majestic Hotel, then changed to the Park Hotel in 1907. The building was once considered Dallas’ most luxurious residential property and was touted as the city’s “first suburban luxury hotel”. The Stables building was built around ten years later in 1915 and was originally the horse stables for the neighboring property, where today the brick and much of the wooden ceilings are original.
- After the advent of the automobile, the Stables building was sold to Conley-Nott Nichols Co. in the 1930s, who sold road equipment and heavy machinery. The Conley-Lott repair shop is now the Brewery Building across the parking lot from the Stables building.
- While our city was a craft beer desert, we made it our goal to elevate craft beer culture in our community. We took inspiration from our neighborhood roots and created a place where local flavor could intersect craft brewing.
what’s going to be cooking
There will be food stations along with passed hors d’oeuvres. Food stations will have a western type feel, with servers at each station, and will include an upscale taco, slider and dessert station . Food will be prepared by local Chef Jason Wade.activities
During the event, you’ll be provided with Four Corners Brews, Food, Music, Bingo, and Live Auctions.drinks & craft beer
