Not Impossible- Emotional Regulation/Personal Responsibility

Learning how the emotions affect the mind and the body is the first step in learning emotional regulation. Managing emotions requires certain skills and attitudes that are modeled at home and school. To master these skills can seem like an impossible job unless they are broken down into small doable steps. We will learn these steps and how taking responsibility for our emotions can lead to positive outcomes in relationships.
