What is your favorite thing about Vanguard?
My favorite thing about Vanguard is that the teachers are really nice and the students are very friendly with you. The determination, passion, pride, and kindness that this school provides are among the best schools and changes people into who they are now.
Do you have any significant Vanguard memories you would like to share?
My favorite memories are that I was the soccer team captain and led the team to the championship.
Were there any teachers or staff members that made a special impact on you?
Ms. Julie, Ms. Beth, Mr. Jeremy, Mr. Harry, and Mr. Justice have greatly impacted me. I can’t thank them enough because they know how hard I have worked to get into college. They know that I’m a strong person and I can achieve anything. Mr. Harry saw me as a leader for others, and he told me that I should lead them to reach new heights.
Is there any advice you would give to current or future Vanguard students?
The only advice I would like to give to upcoming seniors is to not let anything get in your way and to look into the future. Being different is special because it describes who you are and your personality. Strongly believe in yourself and you will be a great student in the future. Go Vikings!
